Last of the Mohicans
One of the best action films ever. Directed by Michael Mann & starring Daniel Day Lewis, this period film set during the French-British Canadian Wars of the late 18th century, delivers everything the action film afficianao could want.
Last of the Mohicans has the best film sound-track ever. Buy the Cd and its fabulous all by itself. Ok, the Enya track is naff, but the rest is pure gold. Listen to "Promentory" & you will see.
When you think of great action hero actors, Daniel Day Lewis, doesn't spring to mind, but Last of the Mohicans proves he should be making more movies like this.
Last of the Mohicans is fast-paced, intelligent, emotional & passionate.
What about the story? Don't worry about it. Just buy it. You won't be sorry.
